Shipping policy

Regular Shipping Times: When an order is placed, the items are shipped within 2-4 business days, and will arrive to the customer in anywhere from 4-10 business days. 

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is processed and shipped out. Once your order is placed, no changes can be made including but not limited to the delivery address.

If tracking shows that there is an unexpected delay in the delivery of your package, please contact your local Post Office.

PICKUP OPTIONS

Along with shipping, we offer drop off at Southern Style Mercantile in Poteau and Brick City Fort Smith. If you want your package dropped off at either location, please select pickup when checking out, and leave a note in the "Special Instructions" box that you would like your order dropped off.
